I work in education myself and Connot believe this service is under threat! We need MORE support for children, not less.

Please stop taking essential services away from our children. This puts even further burden on already overworked school teachers.

I witnessed 1st hand poor support in dyslexia and the effect it can have on a child & family. That was in the late 80's / early 90's .Why now in 2015 would we be going back to these dark times when we now have so much knowledge & support to give to dyslexic children ?
Aberdeenshire Council to close these units & remove the much needed support they give would be disgraceful !

These units are essential in supporting children with dyslexia and other communication difficulties to learn in an excellent environment. Shame on Aberdeenshire Council for once again deciding to target children in need of additional support.
Both Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen City Councils are consistently rated as amongst the worst for their inefficiency and use of public funds. This action shows that, once again, they are targeting the wrong areas in their attempts to make savings.

Same with closing The Raeden centre in Aberdeen these kids need the help they deserve!!

It's a basic human right to be educated simple as that find the resources take a pay cut from the person who is even considering this it is a disgrace in this day and age time's have changed and each of is as an Individual should be repected enough to be treated as such! !!

This is wrong...we need to be able to support or children. It's not fair to them when they are not able to get support close to home.

Disgusted that it's even came to this. Hardly any resources as it is for kids with additional needs, it's the policy all about inclusion? Getting it right for every child! Try reading that!
