So many reasons to keep Cressingham, while the reasons against are very much to the detriment of the community structure of this part of Lambeth.

Caressing ham Gardens is possibly the nicest estate in Lambeth. Are the council now saying it's too nice for ordinary people to live on?

I'm very very sick of Lambeth Council demolishing/selling/evicting/gentirfiying.
Leave these people and they're homes alone, you greedy ignorant swines.

Residents have the right to remain in the homes they have lived in for many years. Disruption of communities is a shame. New developments are nit slways for the better but usually for profit.

Please do not destroy this estate in order to make short germ savings. It is an asset to Lambeth that needs to be cared for not sold for a quick buck.

Lambeth have neglected the estate and now greedily want to destroy a solid community, some great architecture, and to negatively impact the a south west of Brockwell Park.

The idea of the project is great and you shouldn't destroy something like that. It should be used as an example of a great living community.
