My wife and I love taking our daughters here. Will be saddened if this is torn down for more housing...

Please let's not lose such a unique, family-friendly place!

Country Village has been a precious historic Bothell icon for decades, and needs to be preserved. It is sickening how the city of Bothell has chosen to ignore every and all the values of Bothell history and long term residents, in-lieu of revenue from out of town, heartless, money hungry developers who care nothing about the local people or values. It’s so disheartening they have taken this direction to run with it and pave the city; stripping everything that keeps Bothell unique. Is there anyone that works for the city of Bothell that has a soul? I’m quite certain none of them live here; or if they do, they’re just waiting for their property value to increase so they can profit, sell out and leave everyone else with this mess. I’d like to continue living here but not sure what’s the point anymore. Bottom line, they’re scraping and raping Bothell. At least Seattle tries to save places of historical and cultural significance. Bothell? No... They clearly don’t give a rat’s @ss at all about anything but money. The tragic destruction of Country Village is case in point. The local wildlife we’ve held so dear is displaced (many of them live in and around Country Village, where are they to go? In our yards. I know being I live right next door) just look at all the “lost pets” signs. We need healthy places like this to bring our children/grandchildren too for generations to come!!!

We don't need more condos. We do need to keep this lovely piece of history where families an co;me and enjoy what County Villagae has to offer offer.

Country Village isn't just one of Bothell's favorite places to shop and spend time, it has so much meaning to locals. Small businesses shouldn't be torn down to create large apartment buildings.

I've been walking with my family in Country Village today. We love that place with all the shops, roosters wondering around and bridges. We were planning to come see Santa arravalas we do each year. We would love to help to save that beautiful and hearty place.

This beautiful history-rich landmark cannot be developed. We must save Country Village.

Grew up down the street from Country village and have so many childhood memories from there.

This place is a treasure. Have been coming here for years and generations of enjoying tea at the village bakery and shopping. You have to keep it!! I would not come to anywhere else in bothell if this great community were gone. Please save this unique spot.
