Country Village is a historic landmark and should be preserved as that. Not built into townhomes.

This sector of Bothell is growing at an absolutely alarming rate, with no obvious considerations for parks or other community spots. Country Village already represents this and could be further enhanced to improve quality of life for what is to soon be a high density neighborhood.

Country Village is one of my favorite places to bring my family. I very much hope to see it stay here for many more years. Country Village has a cultural value beyond the dollar. We have many residential developments here in the greater Seattle area, but only one Country Village. Please save our cultural heritage.

This truly is a cultural landmark. If kept as is, as the Bothell area grows, I have no doubt the Country Village will thrive as well. It would be a shame to see it replaced with yet another generic condo complex.

This has been my favorite place to go when I visit my parents in Bothell. I grew up here, and it is a LANDMARK in the community. It is the home of so many wonderful memories! Small businesses are necessary for community! Please don't take away this amazing and beautiful place.

Country village has special meaning to myself and family. The shops have character and good business owners, one of our favorite shopping areas for gifts and special items. Lots of history here and should be preserved. Country village is a landmark, its really special, I think Bothell is losing its character with all the development but keeping the landmark would help preserve some of its original small town feel. Hope the community can keep it open for future generations to enjoy.

We moved into the condos next to Country Village before our son was born, 15 years ago. Country Village has been his backyard for the last 14 years. He grew up learning to play and playing well there. As his father I treasure and appreciate the opportunity Country Village provides. As a community member I value the unique character Country Village provides. If Country Village is lost a significant experience will be lost with it.

We love Country Village and visit regularly. It is important for Bothell to have family oriented natural spaces for the community to gather. It would be so sad if we lost this gem! Please save the animals, quaint antique shops, tea house, and holiday celebrations that make Country Village one of a kind!

I hope that Bothell will explore to purchase Country Village. I know it's loved by millions-my family and I used to go all the time, and now I go with my friends. The people who run the shops are super sweet, and we always have a good time when we go. It saddens me to think that someday I will drive by it on the way home and it might not be there anymore. :( PLEASE find a way to save it! It's been there for so long, it really is a landmark...make it so that families can keep enjoying it for many years to come...

We love country Village! Charming, family-friendly, my grandchildren love to go there! With all that is new in Bothell, you still need to balance with things that are charmingly and have a rural feel.

I hope the citizens of Bothell find a way to keep Country Village. I don't live in Bothell, but my son and daughter-in-law do. When they introduced me to the shops there, I loved it! Though I live in Auburn, which is as much as an hour away, one of the places I like to visit when I see my family in Bothell is Country Village. It's unique. In fact, I'd MUCH rather go to Bothell because of this than Seattle. Country Village is a big attraction to this out-of-towner. So please consider keeping it.
By the way, have you all thought of approaching the Bothell City Council about it? It's yet another way of revitalizing the economy of Bothell.

My husband and I, and our grandchildren have enjoyed many afternoons at Country Village. The openness and the feeling of olden times make us all happy. Please, no "developments" in this special area!
