Country Village is one of the reasons I moved to Bothell 26 years ago. Our community has changed so much with all this development that it is losing its charm and the small town feeling that make it special. Is there any possibility for the city to take this property over? It seems to me that the city government is not putting any effort or focus into preserving what are landmark properties such as Country Village.
I would like to see the city reevaluate its priorities...Traffic is increasing, our schools are struggling with the growth and we are seeing the class sizes balloon again and people do not have enough room to breathe as housing is being created with zero property lines. Our city government needs to truly understand the long lasting impact some of their decisions will have on this community and it's residents!

This is a place I've grown up with and am now raising my children to enjoy as well. It would be so heartbreaking to see it developed into more jam-packed housing.

I grew up in Bothell and Country Village was a fond part of my childhood. To this day I shop there at Christmas time and stop in whenever possible. I would hate to see Bothell without it.

Not only did I grow up loving Country Village and all the wonderful little shops, but so did my daughter. One of my best friends was married here. This is a staple in our community!

Please let's save this little treasures. A city without an essences and values is just a group of buildings. Let's don't loose Bothell's quality life. Let's say no to ambition and money maker decisions. Let's think and act as a community. Thank you!

We have enough large developments in the area without improved infrastructure to support them. This is a landmark that shouldn't be destroyed.
