Keep the current park the way it is for all to enjoy the peace and serenity!

There is also increased erosion near the railroad tracks (even with the no wake zone). 2 marinas on one cove. Again this is a public park being used for private enterprise

There has been enough taking area from our public park for commercial use. Preserve what is left of our peaceful Concord Park. Do not let this happen.

Green space is vitally important for people and animals and increases property values. It's in every nearby resident's best interest that this potential expansion NOT go through.

We need to keep as much land protected from so called “progress” (which only benefits businesses)

Please consider negative impacts of overdevelopment and make the right decision. Do not eliminate safe access to water from our wildlife.

Preservation of Concord Park over marina is pivotal to the well-being of both residents and animals in the immediate vicinity. Expanding the marina May cause severe consequences to the ecosystem.

Please stop this! Watch out. They might slip in a dry dock storage. They tried that some years ago. They proposed a three story building and huge parking lot.

Please preserve this park. It is a beautiful, peaceful part of our community. We need to keep our natural habitats!!

The development of subdivisions are already running wildlife out of the woods. Animals need access to water, I think it would be smart to leave this property alone and build elsewhere.

There are alternative spaces for a marina to be built or extended in the area off of Fox Road that would not affect our common spaces that our tax dollars have funded for years and will continue to fund for years to come.

Preserve the park for the people and wildlife. We do not need more commercial expansion here.
