Save the park to allow the area to remain a natural habitat for both the animals and the people to enjoy.

Please leave Concord Park alone, to many people have memories there. You have already taken most of the picnic areas away not to mention the playgrounds.

This would be a terrible mistake. I can’t believe how much land has been taken from our childhood memories. The park is kind of a sacred place to so many families. Don’t take that away from our children!

Absolutely wrong to add business to this area!!!

We have already lost so much of West Knoxville to the Turkey Creek strip of stores. I would hate to see this go as well.

This narrow cove is busy enough and the space to travel under Northshore bridge is to tight to allow for more boat traffic.

We don't need to change this park. We need open spaces and wild areas

The marina should not be able to expand without public input and agreement

We moved out of Austin/McKinney TX to get away from hyper growth, commercialization, and deforestation. We will support the petition to halt the expansion of the marina.

My family used to play on the swings and the slide well before West Side Tavern was built. Any more development there will further the decay the natural beauty. There is so much traffic already from the current boat slip owners, and the Red Fox and other species of animals will loose what little natural beauty there is.

Greed destroys tranquility and safety for people and animals. The whole point of lake living is to get away from the city and commerce. You will destroy nature and beauty to fatten your purse. Shame on you for even proposing such a thing.

We are continuing to see loss of green space for the community of west Knoxville.

The marina and lakeside tavern should never been allowed to be built in the park I grew up playing in. Now they want to destroy the rest of it? Whose pockets are getting bigger? This is supposed to be PUBLIC land. Disgusting.

It is disappointing that more thought, research and forethought did not go into evaluating this proposed marina expansion.

Concord Park needs to be preserved for its intended purpose...a place to go to restore inner quietness, and a place in the crush of humanity where wild animals can get food and water. We will regret the consequences if we allow a commercial enterprise to encroach on and overrun one of the few remaining natural parks in this area.
