Rugby is far more than a club sport. It's a way to be strong and confident even as the world around you is crumbling. It does not just make one feel stronger, it demands that you become stronger both mentally and physically. And that confidence and security cannot be gained easily. Cutting this team means cutting my home at Colby. I love Colby dearly and am confident the school will defend my home.

I don't understand why you say money is the issue when you just built a new museum and a science center. In my four years at Colby, the rugby community was a supportive and committed group of individuals who loved their sport.
