Rugby is too important to young men and woman's lives. It's worth the money.

I am an alumnus of Colby College Class of 2006 and I believe the Colby Rugby program should be preserved. While not a rugby player myself, I had several roommates and many friends who played. They greatly enjoyed the sport and the team spirit. Plus, the games were more fun than the football games!

I'm a Colby Alum and during my time the Rugby team was one of the best and most exciting teams we had on campus. Ending the program would be a real shame and I really hope the college will reverse its decision.

Take a step back and see that rugby has less injuries than soccer, basketball, football, wrestling and volleyball..we are running neck and neck with gymnastics....of all those sports we are the only contact sport...ref:2010 Journal of Sports Medicine , list pediatric and young adults 12-24...look it up
