I had the pleasure of having Coach Sergio as my PE teacher in 1996-1999. He taught us how to be elite physical machines at an early age. I have seen him decades later and he still remembers me.

Please don’t fire him, I remember having him as a teacher when I was 9 and he was the best. He helped me with my flaws and encouraged me to do my best.

My grandkids went to Summer Camp with coach Sergio. They love him! He encouraged them, and they learn so much from him. Keep Coach Sergio!

Sergio is an outstanding teacher and leader. He was a happy and safe haven for all the kids attending TPES & at the YMCA and made healthy learning fun. I can't imagine TPES without him! Class of '05

Sergio was my PE coach when I was at TPES. Now he is my sons coach. He taught me so much and it shaped the person I am today. He has and is doing the same for my son. TPES needs to understand how lucky they are to have him.

Ive known him since kindergarten. We probably all have, for some people before. He can be strict, but he is passionate about his job. He genuinely cares about p.e. and is amazing at teaching it. He is also funny, Yes he can make you cry as much as bright up your entire week
