Yes, bring back Coach Schmeiser. He is the rock of ECHS baseball team. We see a great commraderie on this team. A man that is a leader of men and these boys are being brought up by a man that has high ideals and morals. Reinstate Coach!!

I am appalled that such a good man and coach has been relived of his ability to earn a living because of an unfortunate incident that is isolated to all of the good one man did for an entire program.

It is sad how some loud parents can make some trouble for a good coach. Seems like it's always the same parents and kids. Seems to be a common theme.

Am honored that my son got to play for coach Schmieiser. It is a huge mistake to have removed him. Oceanside unified as an institution has been damaged, not by the original situation, but by the reaction to it. Big mistake.

So a good family man and coach is thrown under the bus because of that fear?!!?? Then it becomes a lose/lose situation for all involved, particularly for all current EC baseball players as well the future kids coming into the baseball program. Sad indeed if your post has truth in it Anonymous...
