Coach Schmeiser lead us to Open Division last year for the first time in our school history, and he not only taught us the how to play the game but to prepare us for our next chapter after high school and become fine young gentleman.
i don know what happened. Jason is a great coach and a better person. My Son plays at Murrieta Valley HS and Coach Jason spent about 20 minutes talking to him this summer aboutt college and becoming a special Ed teacher. ECHS is making a huge mistake if they let him go
The reason we came to El Camino was so our son could play baseball for Coach Schmeiser. The District needs to listen to what their football coaches say and do EVERYDAY and reconsider their decision to fire Coach Schmeiser over ONE offense.
He might be hard on the boys, but it lights the fire under their asses that once took them to CIF in 2014!! I couldn't be more proud of the guys AND coach during that year and without Jason, EC will lack the fire that drives them to be an outstanding team.
Not only did coach help me become a better baseball player but he developed me into a stronger man. The community and baseball program needs him back. I have nothing but respect for coach smiz and it is unjust for him to lose his job.
Bring him back he's a great catch and a good role model to the team and all of us love him
Coach Schmeiser is a great role model to any player who has the privilege to play baseball under him. He coached me at Rancho Buena Vista High School, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience I had as one of his players. He's a great man and an amazing coach.

Having coached at El Camino for 9 years during the 90's in various capacities I know how tough that job can be. Jason has taken on the challenge and completely turned the program around. It would be a shame if he is no longer the head coach. Bring him back.
