It has come to our attention that Verizon is closing many of its stores following new protocol under the new management. In this process, they have not yet renewed Anu Singh's Chino Hills Wireless franchise agreement as an authorized Verizon dealer.
For over ten years, Chino Hills Wireless has consistently provided exceptional in-person customer service and technical assistance, thereby establishing an invaluable relationship with the communities of Chino Hills, Chino and the surrounding areas. He and his staff always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. Chino Hills Wireless is a one-stop shop where the staff are extremely knowledgeable about Verizon and its products, as well as being a place that can repair even the smallest issue on a phone or tablet. Just a glance at community social media pages will demonstrate that Chino Hills Wireless is the preferred and most often recommended place to go to for any cell phone, tablet and wireless connections needs, whether that is for purchase, information or repair. That is solely due to Anu and his staff.
When we are waiting for service or repair, we browse the shop and try out the latest and greatest products. When we find a product that we want to try, when our product needs an upgrade, or when our device simply cannot be repaired, we trust Anu’s guidance and recommendations for our purchases. Because he has been an authorized Verizon dealer, our purchases and upgrades are done through Verizon. However, most of Anu’s customers' loyalties lie with Anu and we will stay with him regardless of the shingle outside of his door.
We believe Anu's success is also based on the fact that he truly values his relationship with his customers and would be greatly missed if, for any reason, his business could not continue. Many of us will drive past other Verizon Wireless stores that are more local and convenient because we prefer to deal with Anu and his staff. His reputation and skill are beyond compare. Anu has also established a philanthropic relationship with the community through his service and financial support of charitable causes. This has solidified his reputation, as well as Verizon’s reputation, as being a business that is community minded.
We are, therefore, requesting that Verizon renew Anu Singh’s Chino Hills Wireless' franchise agreement for as long as possible, but at a minimum for the duration of their current lease at The Shoppes at Chino Hills.

Anu has helped me even when My kids wouldn't help me cause they don't have the patience to help me. I have a hard time using my phone due to my age but Anu never gave up on me. NO other store wants to deal with me. This store needs to stay
I have purchased phones and iWatches from Anu. He has alway been helpful when I have problems related to the phone or just my inability to figure something out. I will drop Verizon and go with another carrier if his Verizon contract is not renewed.
best service at this store every SINGLE time. why would verizon change that? any other store tells me to leave or wait in line to even answer the simplest question. Verizon should shut the stores that dont help like all the big ones that make you just a number.
Anu and Jas are the ONLY ones I trust with my family's phones! They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, and so very kind. They remember all of their customers and always give a fair rate. People like this are rare. Please allow them to continue serving our community!
The most honest and knowledgeable Verizon representative I have ever met. It would really be loss for the Verizon if Mr. Singh’s contact is not renewed. I have 4 different lines with Verizon thanks to Mr Singh’s honesty snd knowledge.

I’m surprised Verizon would put its own interests above those of their loyal clientele. Chino hills is a very nice area and we tend to support our local vendors, like Anu Singh, Avi Singh and Jas Singh, with the utmost loyalty for as long as possible. He’s been our go to cell phone service man for our entire family since opening. Even with all of us moving out of town, we all still drive in for his help. This is one of these miracle man exceptional experts. One of a life time. Please renew his contract.
