Young children should be close to home and not an hour away. If you send them too far how will their parents be able to volunteer or be involved in their school. It is not fair to the families or their community. Charles Carroll is a historicsl school which I attended as well as my daughter. Please let it remain an elementary school.

I was there through the years 2001-2005 and they are the best memories I've ever had. The teachers were so sweet, and even after I moved I still hold those childhood memories close.

All of my family 'the Blank family" have attended this school my grandfather as a elementary and high school when it was switched to a high school. This school is perfect for the area it's in, it's small but fits the small area it educates, keep Charles Carroll open!!! What can be done to help !!

There are other options than closing our much needed rural school. Our children should not suffer and deserve the same educational opportunities as the rest of Carroll County. We are the tightest knit community and this school represents and has represented how well a rural school can aide in the success of students, families and community. Tearing apart our structure is not an option! We will fight! We are CHARLES CARROLL STRONG!
