My three sons attended Charles Carroll Elementary School and now two of my grandchildren are lucky to be enrolled there. Please don't tear them away from the amazing education they are receiving.

I went to this school and it was my saving grace! Please don't close this school, a little girl like I was may need this school. It may be the only place a little girl or boy feels safe. Thank you

Little 5 year olds should not be on school busses for almost two hours a day! Local schools are very important at such a young age. Repairs have been budgeted for in the past but not completed. Either fix this one or build on on the north side of Westminster.

Charles Carroll Elementary not only serves it's surrounding community well as an educational facility for elementary school children who won't have to be bussed far but it's also so historic. It would be a crying shame to lose it.

Hearing this possibility makes me sick!!! I am 34 years old and went there, as well as my father, whom is 53 years old! This school has history, value, and so much more to offer youngsters for many years to COME. Charles Carroll Elementary School is a REAL elementary school, which there honestly are not many around like it. Today's MODERN elementary schools do not even look as such, but instead, a shopping mall. Leave it WHERE IT STANDS, as IT STANDS- DO NOT TOUCH IT!!!

Where would all the kids go to school? It's a hike to get everywhere else in Westminster or Manchester. Kids would get separated from friends and have to start fresh in new schools.

I am hoping that CCE stays open. My oldest daughter went here for grade 4 & 5. It is such a wonderful school. I really want all of my kids to be able to go here!!

How could anyone even consider closing Charles Carroll Elementary? Its one of the stupidest things this county is thinking of doing.
