Save Chaddsford - Stop Development

These businesses do not add value to this community. There is also a 7-Eleven less than one mile from the proposed development location as well as a Taco Bell in close proximity.

We don't need a 7-11 there. There's a Wawa right down the road. I used to live next door to a 7-11 and they are not good neighbors with litter, lighting, noise, and crime.

I beg that this project does not take place. It will bring more stress to us home owners of Chadsford. There is one way in and one way out. The traffic just to get into the development will be a disaster. It would be best that this project take place directly across from Chadsford where all other businesses are built.

I am not in favor of a Strip Mall in our community!

We need more elementary, middle and high schools in the area not outlets. The average 3 out of 5 homes in the area have children/s yonder the age of sixteen living in the community.

I oppose the development of any and all commercial property at the entrance of our neighborhood! Retail and Office space needs to stay across the street! We did not purchase our homes to live behind a strip mall!

I oppose the construction and building of a strip mail in the Chaddsford neighborhood.

Please stop the development!!!

Please preserve green space, limit traffic congestion and protect privacy in a residential area.
