Save Chaddsford - Stop Development

I am not in favor of this construction project, it would disrupt the community, its peace and tranquillity, as well as reduce property values.

Absolutely no need for these stores at the entrance of our community. This will bring unnecessary additional traffic and congregating by our community.

We need to save our Chaddsford Community

We do not need 7/11 in our community. This is a quite neighborhood and there is more vacancies places across the street in Brandywine crossing to open one. Not at the entrance of our neighborhood.

I oppose the strip mall in the chaddsford community. We were told when we purchased that nothing would be build behind our homes. We do not want this disruption of our peace or traffic. Approving this build will drive homeowners out of the community.

Despite the current traffic issues the proposed type of development negatively effects the ambiance of our community in too many ways producing too many negative results.

We have enough stores close by and brining more will cause disruption and pollution of the our neighborhood by more traffic jam and disturbance of our living. I am greatly oppose to this purposely.

I do not want a Taco Bell or 7-11 built in my community

I do not want this strip mall to jeopardized our safety and transquility

This is a nice neighborhood and I don’t think we should welcome rodents and more traffic near it! Keeping the neighborhood clean and peaceful is already hard enough!

I oppose SDP-1802 (strip mall) and CDP-1201-01 (office medical space). As a 17 year resident of the Brandywine area, there needs to be a significant effort to deal with the traffic issue. These projects do NOT help with that issue when there is already vacant space across the highway in the existing shopping center.

Don't want the additional traffic this will create. There is space across the street in the shopping center. There already exists a 7/11 nearby.

We do not need anymore businesses in this area/near Chaddsford development. This will create additional traffic and increase crimes. We have children that we are raising and we do not want them victimize by people drawn to new establishments

I oppose the establishment of the retail chain 7/11 in my neighborhood due to the negative residential consequences (trash, increased crime, homelessness) that historically accompanies this type of business. There is a great deal of retail space directly across the street in the Brandywine Shopping Center that can accommodate these additional retail locations. Concerned Property Owner

Why are we developing more businesses/homes along Crain Highway? Going south from the 301/5 split, it takes an average of 15 minutes to go 2 miles. Those two lights at Brandywine Crossing stops thousands of vehicles on Crain Hwy to let 10 cars out of the plaza. Absolutely infuriating! Something needs to be done during rush hour to limit the crossing traffic on Crain Hwy. Vehicles coming out of Brandywine Crossing need to be right turn only and need to be inconvenienced. Like I said, stopping thousands of commuters to allow a few cars through. So ridiculous.
