We have enough of these places in our immediate environs. Please relocate this place to a shopping or business district rather than have it so close to our housing.

I would like to oppose the approval of this development. We have sufficient and similar business immediately across the highway. This development will not be beneficial for our quality of life and enjoyment of our homes as it will be directly behind my home.

It doesn't make sense to add this development site in front of the Chaddsford Community. The shopping center across the street is sufficient. Those retailers should find another location in a preexisting space. Definitely, the 7-eleven isn't needed at all.

Theres a 7-11 less than a mile away. With the Cadalac Motel in the area, i see the 7-11 being a place to loiter

The Brandywine area doesn’t need additional retailers rather we need more schools. There are too many housing developments and not enough schools! Housing & retail brings more traffic, likely an uptick in crime and an overall over populated congested area.

[email protected] (Please place the case number SDP-1802 in the subject line strip mall with Taco Bell, 7 Eleven and Tropical Smoothie) and CDP-1201-01 ( Office Space/Medical) CSP-180003 (Calm Retreat and a road connecting to Accokeek road). With regards to the new construction on the Chaddsford community for design, I am submitting this petition to oppose the building of these commercial sites. Preferably it would be better to construct these businesses across the street in the Brandywine crossing shopping district. By allowing these commercial sites to be built on the Chaddsford community property will bring trash, delinquency, infestation, rodents, and animals to scrounge around the debris left behind. Not to mention that the entry into the Chaddsford community is the only exit and entrance and to get in-and-out of this community. Thus, creating traffic problems for residents try to get home or out for work or leisure.

I do not want retail on my doorstep that will bring down the property value and increase traffic, trash, noise and activity. There is a strip mall across the street from the community that is sufficient.

Hello, I’m signing this petition against the retail development outside, around, near and/or in front of my community, The Greens at Chaddsford. This is a residential neighborhood with families and kids. There is already a shopping center directly across the street. There is also a 7/11 and a Wawa in walking distance. S. Hicks

Retail stores in the neighborhood is a disappointment, and would bring our property values down.

If the area residents don't want the strip mall as they feel it will negsyively impact their commute, then the strip mall should not be built at that location.

Royal Farms Gas Station is being built in area that is not directly in line with residential area - also no need for additional gas station. 7-11 draws undesirable customers since it is 24/7.
