Chaddsford DOES NOT need a 7Eleven gas station or any other retailers. We are ideally located within close proximity of any business, retailer or gas station needed. It makes no sense to bring that unnecessary traffic (by car or foot) into this development. Please stop this.

No 7-11 is needed IN our neighborhood. There is a 7-11 and a WaWa next light up. Also already building a Royal Farms by Brandywine rd. There is no. eed for another inconvenience store here!

This is my home. Too often people park along the street and drink alcohol, eat food from the bordering restaurants, and throw their trash in the streets. This is what's happening even before the 7Eleven. I can't imagine how bad it will be once they are in my neighborhood. I DON'T WANT IT HERE! Put about 5 miles between us. Lord knows there is plenty of space.

I do not want a gas station there. They are building a royal farms 1/4 of a mile north and have 2 gas stations less then a mile south

I literally leave next door to the site. My kids will not have any privacy and will not be able to enjoy their home
