Brandywine already has horrible traffic. Adding more fast food and a 7 Eleven, would only increase its volume. Especially near Brandywine Crossing

I oppose this proposed commercial development that provides no direct corresponding benefit to the lakeview residents commensurate with the massive negative impacts these businesses will impose on this residential community.

We do NOT need another gas Station/7-11. We already got 5-6 gas stations within a half a mile radius. One of THE riches county in America...WE DESERVE BETTER!!

Concerns with increase in crime, traffic, and poor food quality. Let's build-up Prince George's County with more quality and health conscious food options. There are over twenty 7-elevens within 10 miles and over fifteen fast-food restaurants. What is the benefit of these commercial developments within our neighborhood??? Stop this action!!!

Concern: Traffic, crime and there are so many available commercial rental space available that has been built in this area. . WE REALLY NEED OUR PUBLIC FIGURES THAT EE VOTE IN OFFICE TO SERIOUSLY
DO A NEEDS ASSESSMENT!! It's the same old same; liquor stores, medical, auto; we need good dining. We take all the money out of the area and spend it in Virginia because of the lack of fine dining.

Traffic is already terrible. We do not need a retail development in this location. We need bigger/better Elementary, Middle and High schools for the growing community.

With median salaries in the 6 figure range, we deserve better than cheap Taco Bell fast food & 7-Eleven retailers in our community. We already have McDonalds and other garbage food.

Please DO NOT build anything else near these homes unless its something that will help keep the property value up in surrounding areas. Traffic is even worse since building the additions to 5 that was supposed to help with the congestion. No!!!!

No to this project! We have enough traffic in this area now. Instead of build another strip mall. Perhaps we should invest the money back into the community for the children and build better schools and provide an adequate education. Building more stores with more houses, but we have 25-30 students to one teacher. How is all of this going to better brandywine.

This area is already too congested and the traffic pattern is horrible. With more houses already being built, we do not need ANYTHING else to add to the madness!!!!
