NoNoNoNoNoNo, this is Carib historic land, so many critical events have occurred here for Grenada history. What about the Grenada people who travel to the water , we're is there green space to enjoy. This ain't broke, so why try to fix it. noNOnoNoNO

It is hard enough to fill the existing hotels without destroying a lovely land mark like Camerhogne park to build yet another hotel.
Maybe this has more to do with lining the politicians pockets!?

The park must remain in it's ideal location. Ideal for all both locals and even visitors. We must not compromise on fundamentals, it is dangerous. If we are not careful and proceed to set this unsavory precedence we may soon be faced with a scenario wherein an investor offers to buy the entire island and offers us relocation to another.

I was waiting for this to be signed by myself. I am saying to the government to STOP the nonsense of just giving out our recreational park like this. We do not need a stupid legacy to live with. I am well pleased to affix my signature herein. This country is not a prized personal possession of this current prime minister in Grenada. This man fancies himself as a great talker and those he can fool love it, but we cannot afford a dictator to run our Country. No, enough of your nonsense!!!

Although I am not a resident of Grenada I have visited many times. Grand Anse is a wonderful beach and known worldwide as one of the best anywhere. Camerhogne Park is the only publicly accessible green access to the beach and the only one that is not closely fenced on both sides. Losing it would degrade access to this world famous attraction in particular for visitors staying elsewhere than in one of the Grand Anse properties and of course for local people. Please do not destroy this green amenity.
