I hope with all my heart that destoying the park is wrong for the people who live there and the people who visit.
In the U.S.A. where i live in the state of Florida, I have watched on horror as the pristine beaches of N.W. Florida panhandle have been raped by greed.
In the last 10 years, our quaint little town has been destroyed by building too many hotels, condos, and large homes too close to the beach. The beauty is gone, as is the wildlife....they destroyed it !! Most of it is unoccupied, because they over built and visitors & locals can no longer see the beaches and waters. Big mistake....can't undo it, the damage is done. Very sad.

There ain't another one like it in Grenada! Period. Why in God's green earth would Mr. Mitchell want to sell/ relocate the park? Isn't he thinking? What will a mordern park have that Camerhogne Park can't have? Huh? The blind is definitely leading the blind here. The "Why?" of it is beyond understanding to me. There are and should be some things that money cannot and should not buy.

Billionaire investors have so many options available to them unlike the common citizenry of a small country like Grenada. Do not take away an amenity they can freely go to enjoy. Some things are more precious than profit.

Please don't touch this park. We look forward to relaxing and enjoying the beauty and peace . Areas like this in Grenada are fast disappearing. Please don't rob us of our national pride so graciously given to us Grenadians by God Himself!
