I fully support the aims of this petition. it is unacceptable that children and families like this should be disadvantaged even further by such proposals

Please see yourself as a parent or loved one to a child so in need of this service, and also see yourself as that child. The loss of this service is unthinkable, please, please, think very carefully of what this means to people in the community.

It is vitally important to give these children a correctly targeted start as this has a huge impact for the rest of their lives. This will enable them to have ability to be capable adults with a much stronger ability to work around and with the cards dealt to them. Children soak up information so an early start is vital for the children and their parents.

Children with sensory loss and their families need the support they are getting. It is their future which will suffer if cuts are made, and as a parent of a deaf child this worries me greatly. The support and expertise as it is is needed, and should not be cut without further consultation. Where have changes like those being set worked?

Children who are blind and deaf SHOULD be able to learn at school

I think it's disgraceful that it would even be considered to cut funding for children so vulnerable. Blind and deaf children have as much right to learn as do the children in a mainstream school. This makes me so angry

I know you have to make tough funding choices but cutting this service is totally the wrong decision. Stop these cuts!
Please save this vital service!
