My mother is from new jersey; every year twice a year visiting our grandmother. The evil clown was our sign of "we finally made it" her home was just 5 mins down the right road behind him. Please save him.

I grew up in Middletown. To lose Calico would be like tragedy. There is a history - not only in Calico, himself, but with the artist as well. It's a piece of an era that should not be shoved to the side or torn down simply because someone things bigger and more modern needs to be there. Sometimes, it's best to keep a part of the past alive! I'm sure many will agree with me on this! PLEASE do not take Calico away!

He's the staple of Middletown. A icon of Hwy 35 landscape along with being a part of Middletowns history, this is unexceptable and needs to stay.

He is part of Middletown's culture and tradition to the core, and more native than most of the people that live there these days! Preserve him!!!
