Boot has lost his grip, doing this without even having visited makes a mockery of the system. The neighbours who find the noise "intolerable" should examine their consciences.

Christine put her heart and soul into ensuring clients could continue to keep fit and mentally well by using this premises. Heartbreaking!

Shame on the minister and Garff Commissioners.

Decision based on some inaccuracies and without a site visit. I fail to see how up to 5 vehicles per day (5 clients max per day) can cause congestion etc

Anything to help keep people active should be applauded

Soundproof it and carry on. Decision is ridiculous. Boot won’t make it back with any luck.

The planning system is so flawed. Boot allowed a totally out of character building in the country where only Manx cottages and farmhouses have ever been allowed. Going against the independent inspector who came over and viewed it. It is no wonder everyone thinks it is run on brown envelopes. It is shocking that one person can have so much power against the majority and typical that their data is incorrect

What a poor decision; especially after the past year. Hoping you can get this decision overturned Christine x all the best!

In the current climate can you justify someone loosing their income ? Especially when you have not fully investigated the site / visited the location . I think you need to re think your strategy here.
