I thought to appeal a planning approval, you had to have a public enquiry or at the very least some planning conditions.

Any objections should only be accepted after a full site visit. Reforms of the planning process are much needed.

Nothing in this day and age should be rejected by the governmental departments without proper investigation. It’s a sign of complacency, laziness and shortsightedness.
Civil servants work for the people of this island - I think sometimes this is a forgotten fact!

How can this be fair, to discriminate against someone or something without gaining all and full facts. Get the details and then make a full and frank decision based on fact not speculation

Cannot say how much I needed my sessions with Christine. For my emotional and physical health - she helps so many people and this needs to carry on.

This is a prime example of why the planning system needs completely revamping. It is biased towards those who can afford to challenge it and stifles entrepreneurship.

I'm unsure of the exact reason for the appeal, but this is someone's job and income that will be affected. It seems unfair to grant permission and then appeal without seeing the site.

This needs looking at. During a time when serving people and their health, immunity and wellbeing needs is at the highest height it’s ever been, DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the need for this already overlooked echelon of national health service - without ever being acknowledged as such. Places like this can do much to pick up the slack of local authorities and government. They would do well to see this.

At least visit the site before making decisions.
