Crazy to think a hotel could be allowed to be built in that highly sensitive wildlife area they are planning to put it. Move it somewhere else.

I have used the parks St. Edwards and Bull Creek for over 30 years and often drive Spicewood Springs Road to avoid the traffic on 360 and 183. This beautiful vein of greenery is priceless as it is and can be shared by all, do we need another hotel in a

There are many more potential sites for such a business that would be better suited in regards to traffic flow, accessibility to other businesses, protection of the natural environment, safety to children, and accessibility to emergency providers.

This is a totally inappropriate location for this hotel. The road cannot handle all this additional traffic. It is difficult enough now to safely travel this road and it floods frequently. Another developer who is in it for the money and doesn't care one iota about the people of Austin or the people who live in that area.

This is a flood pain area. and about the only beauty left in Austin. We do not want this hotel in our back yard, plus there are several schools in this area. KEEP THEM OUT.

Traffic at Yaupon and Spicewood backs up at least a mile during rush hour. This hotel could be better served in an area with better access.

Bull Creek is a treasure. An 11-story hotel -- which can be located elsewhere -- is not and never can be.

This person exemplifies those who would monetize anything for their own personal financial benefit. He is clearly tone-deaf to any sense of environmental conscience if he would procure land on which, at present, sits a farmhouse, and reasonably expect to build a hotel that increases traffic, has the potential to pollute a pristine spring and creek, endangers the safety of children at a small day school ACROSS THE STREET, potentially dumps cars driven by bar patrons onto a small country road, and generally degrades the natural appeal of this unspoiled area. I would imagine he knows the cost of everything and the value of nothing. He also deceived the City of Austin by seeking ONLY approval for water treatment capacity, and deceived the County Commissioners by 'withdrawing' the request in December 2016, hoping we, as citizens, would lose interest so he could surreptitiously re-submit at this time. We can take action to prevent this behavior by signing this petition and supporting the effort to drive this person to think more carefully before taking on an informed public. Shame on you.
