I drive on Old Spicewood Springs Rd. often for medical and dental appointments in offices near Hwy. 360. Every mile of that road is a joy to drive because it feels so rural. What a shame to see commercial development and resulting congestion from traffic happen to that road. Please, City Council members, do not allow that to happen!

Spicewood Springs Road is a narrow two-lane with seven low water cro ssings and sheer drop offs with no guardrail. It would be inappropriate for a large commercial development due to safety and traffic concerns

Very concerned about the city-wide impact of commercial development along Bull Creek, including the proposed construction of Spicewood Springs Rd, hotel!

This hotel is inappropriate for this location and will be damaging to the area.

The hotel is a terrible idea that will lower property values, over crowd roads and threaten local sensitive lands

Anything other than a park would be devastating to the land, environment and residents in this area. I strongly oppose this project! Please do the right thing.

A hotel this size is completely inappropriate for a residential area like this and will harm protected land. Please stop this plan.

This is a quiet, safe exclusively residential neighborhood, with children and elderly people using the streets and roads. A commercial property in the neighborhood will destroy the safety and confidence of residents.

Please do not construct that monstrosity in a residential neighborhood. It will destroy the ambiance, ruin the environment, cause traffic problems and give rise to safety issues m

I'm left wondering how much certain council members are receiving in kickbacks to approve this project.
