The City of Austin should maintain its quality of life and try "Not kill the goose that laid the golden egg"..... Developments such as this one, is another step in the wrong direction.
Don't ruin our neighborhoods. Bull creek is a nice peaceful place last thing we need is a hotel ruining that area we all love so much

Bull Creek has been RUINED by all the development along it in the last 10 years. I used to very much enjoy and frequent the area weekly but now I avoid it because of the excessive people. Takes away from the beauty. Shame now someone wants to build a HOTEL on it!?

pollution from the building a maintaining an 11-story hotel on the banks of bull creek will not only hurt the creek itself, but since the creek empties into lake austin, our drinking water!! stop this project!!

Do not allow another high density building to go up along Bull Creek. It is already under siege from overuse. The COA continues to pass on opportunities to buy more inner city parkland. Very few desirable tracts available and the city fails to realize that parkland increases value to the whole city, preserves our green spaces and enhances personal well=being for its citizens!!!! Thanks!

Bull Creek Park is my favorite Austin Park, and also a favorite for my children and grandchildren. Water quality would be destroyed by a commercial building, and flooding will INCREASE dramatically. Please - no hotel or other large commercial enterprise.

I live in Long Canyon on Bell Mountain Drive. I am VERY opposed to the idea of a hotel on Spicewood Springs, particularly a multiple story building that completely ruins the bucolic nature of the countryside and surrounding residential neighborhoods, as well as nearby Bull Creek preserve. Please DO NOT APPROVE this encroachment on our beautiful area!!

Please limit development on Old Spicewood Springs Road. The road is such a peaceful and pristine part of northwest Austin.

Spicewood Springs rd would never support the increased traffic. It's already crowded with bicycles, hikers and cars going to the parks. Let's not lose one of the last truly unique parts of Austin.
