Please save Bull creek. The road can not handle the extra cars. It is an important area for the health and welfare of our drinking water. The neighborhood can not absorb the traffic when the road is closed during high water.

I don't feel security to have unknown people in my neighborhood. I am father of two children and there will be permanent impact for my vote in local election.

Ruining some of the best preserved natural beauty in Austin? Check.
Excessive traffic problems, especially when it floods? Check.
Added impervious cover in an area already prone to flooding?
The area is beautiful and it's easy to see why someone would want to build a hotel there. Let's remember though that in order for something to be beautiful, we have to maintain it.

This proposed hotel will destroy the bull creek greenbelt and watershed that is so critical to the habitat and environment. It will totally ruin what is left of our creeks and natural beauty. Will be a shame for the community and its leaders. If the developers monetary interests take over precedence this Austin area will look like concrete Dallas or Houston in no time! Very BAD idea!!

I have lived in Austin since 1976 and St Edwards park and this portion of Spicewood Springs road are 2 of my favorite places to spend my outdoor time-on my bike or with my dog. The idea of building a hotel on this property is an anathema to me.
