Pleeeease stop this! I've lived here my whole life and that is one of the prettiest little roads in Austin. And it can NOT handle traffic. Please stop investors from ruining EVERYTHING that is special about our hometown! Next thing you know it will be a 4 lane thoroughfare. Bye bye beautiful Bull Creek and a Spicewood Springs Road. Money always wins unless our City Council will go see it for themselves and spend an afternoon at Bull Creek. Please urge your friends to care and sign this! Keep Austin Special!!!

This proposed development will seriously impact Spicewood Springs Road, Bull Creek, and the Saint Edward's Aquifer. It must be disallowed!

The traffic on Spicewood is already a problem at many times of the day. 250 trips is a huge number of cars on a narrow road. It's not even striped! It is a country road. With the increased traffic already an issue and the lack of parking for St. Edwards Park, it will be disastrous. The impact on the environment will be devastating. Another Austin treasure will be lost to development. When will reason prevail? We are losing the magic of Austin because of greed. Plain and simple.

Please stop the development. Bull Creek will be negatively impacted as well as the traffic on Spicewood Springs which already can't handle peak traffic.

We are against the building of this Commercial Hotel near a residential area, ruining the peaceful ambiance of Bull Creek natural beauty.
The narrow road cannot handle any more traffic than the existing one, it will make it more of a safety issue for the immediate neighborhood.

The City must not condone inappropriate development (on the already sensitive Bullcreek watershed) by grating water and wastewater rights through annexation or otherwise. If Khan wants to enjoy his no-zoning rights being in the ETJ, he must be willing to bear the cost associated with it. If he wants to partake in the privileges that tax paying city residents enjoy, such as water, sewer, trash collection, etc., then he must abide by the zoning restrictions that city imposes on its residents. He can't have his cake and eat it!

Take the park to Westlake. Funny how you never want to mess up your backyard! Don't ruin one of the only things in this town that is still beautiful. Because everything else is looking like cement.

The natural preserve was one of our biggest considerations when we decided to purchase property in this area. Commercializing such an environementally sensitive area with a large hotel will undermine the beauty and natural appeal of the area, while increasing already-terrible traffic along Spicewood Springs, and at the added tax cost of Austin residents to provide utilities. Please consider the thousands of local residents over the subsidized profits of Westlake-resident Kahn.

I live in the ATX ETJ. This an environmentally sensitive area. Rush hour traffic routinely backs up from 360 to the proposed hotel site. This is not a preferred development zone.
It is a bad idea and wrong thing to do!!!
