I'm strongly opposed to a hotel being built in our beautiful park and stressing the water supplying. Bull Creek is a treasure that we should be protecting. If we don't have clean water and parkland than Austin and it's residents have very little.

There are numerous hotels right up the road in the Arboretum area and across 183. There is absolutely no need for a hotel on Spicewood Springs Rd.! What would hotel guests do when the low water crossing closes due to flooding?

This is not only an environmental issue but one that threatens the quality of life for northwest Austin residents who depend on this overcrowded roadway for residential access and who cherish and want to preserve this last vestige of wilderness and natural beauty in the area.

The proposed cabins/hotel will add congestion to an already congested neighborhood streets. The neighborhood roads already suffer from the reckless drivers who do not obey speed and driving laws around the elementary and middle schools. It will also bring issues relative to water conservation. This proposed hotel will be an eye-sore to what is currently a beautiful natural land and habitat. Please stop adding more building structures to our neighborhood of homes.

This is not the area for a hotel. Spicewood Springs is a small, country road cannot accommodate hotel/conference traffic. This is a residential neighborhood and Bull Creek should be preserved as a park, not a hotel recreation area.

This destroys one of the last pristine areas in North Austin. Not to mention this is adjacent to a huge middle school that already has huge traffic issues. The traffic on Naupon is already at overload and this road is often flooded. There are no shops or restaurants conveniently located for hotel guests as this is a residential neighborhood as it should be. This is Wrong!
