I drive this stretch of road often, and the idea of many more drivers who are unfamiliar with it fills me with dread. It is dangerous at night, and they won't know it.

Have lived in Austin since 1988. Spicewood Springs Road has always been a perfect piece of a serene country road. A great quiet park with trails that are unique to the area. We would like this peaceful setting to stay the way it has always been. Not to turn into a commercial resort. Residential neighborhood is what if anything it should be used for.

I grew up traveling that stretch of Spicewood Spgs Rd. The thought of any development on there disgusts me.

Efforts should be made to prevent further degradation of Bull Creek, not to increase intensive development in the creek watershed.

Bull Creek is an area that needs to be preserved, not developed in this manner. Old Spicewood Springs Road is not meant to handle this level of traffic, and making it so will only further endanger this environmentally sensitive area.

This is a beautiful but severely prone to significant flash flooding. I personally have helped rescue many stranded motorists in this area.

As a member of the Travis County Historical Commission I think preserving the character of upper Bull Creek is important!

Bull Creek water quality has already been compromised considerably from 20 years ago, and the periodic flooding degrades the Bull Creek Park a little more each time it happens. Placing an 11-story hotel in this pristine wonderland would be a crime against nature. Please do not let this plan go forward.

Fully agree that the strips of land adjacent to Bull Creek should be utilized for parkland and not commercial development.
