This development will change the drainage patterns along a sensitive corridor, destroy the beautiful view of the neighborhood, and increase traffic along a frequently closed low water crossing road and neighborhood. If you want to do a hotel, consider a less dense bed and breakfast establishment where couples could appreciate the beautiful area. Preserve the beauty Austin has to offer. The current proposal is wrong in so many ways.

Please reconsider your plan Mr. Kahn. You are not being realistic in your estimates of additional traffic, construction damage and environmental impact a project of this scale would cause. The other houses and businesses along this incredibly beautiful road are very low profile and inconspicuous. This area of Austin has been an important green space for many years. Any size hotel project is not in line with this community and the families who live nearby.

Cannot allow this Hotel to go up. It's a slap in the face to residents who have lived there for years. Will be blocking views of residents who already live in the area or drive through on a regular basis. Will create more traffic on an already congested street with out of towners that don't know the area! Let them put one business up, many will try to follow.
