Another hotel is a waste of space in this nature’s natural beauty. It disrupts the ecosystem of animals that spicewood springs is home to and could potentially ruin the water as well.

A scenic creek, with nearby trails, and access only from a windy road with many low-water crossings, is not an appropriate use of land by a hotel. A park, with the goal of natural preservation, is a use in keeping with the surrounding area—and one that benefits all Austin residents.

I think this development would impact the preserve land nearby. Seems like the city should be protecting that land since that's the point of the preserve. It also would increase traffic on 360 which is already terrible during rush hours.

I love Bull Creek and have taken my girls there for many years now, I would hate to see this park that I have made many memories with my children ruined.

The reason I moved here was for the beautiful scenery and the preserved nature no longer found in Austin, TX. A 11-story hotel will just ruin the neighborhood. 360 and Spicewood is already backedup as it is.

I just realized there is a school very close to the proposed sight. How would the hotel proprietors screen out child sexual abuse predators? What are the laws regarding this?

Neighborhood safety, traffic, property values and over development of this property are all negatives that outweigh any developers keen capital,
appetite for profit and another monument to themselves. All at the expense of the citizens who live nearby and the environment in general. Isn't the Hwy 360 explosion evidence enough of negligent development with no infrastructure to support it? Decline the annex and demand the area is kept as nature preserve or low density housing if you absolutely must find more tax dollars to wring out. Do us all a favor and move on David Kahn and Colina West Ltd.
