Give him another chance..2 year olds can be so rough and if he wasnt used to kids this was all new to him. Adjusting from losing his family..then shelter life then a new family with a child..is a huge change and a lot of stress. Keeping him locked up may only stress him more.

It is incredibly irresponsible for an organization that claims to be in the best interest of adoptable animals to send a newly neutered dog to a family with small children. Any dog would be both fearful and in pain after a sterilization surgery. This poor dog should have been given the appropriate two weeks to fully heal. Further, he should have been evaluated with small children in a controlled and neutral location prior to his adoption to a family with a two year old. Something is lacking in this shelter's ability to evaluate and assess the animals and people they serve. This poor dog deserves a chance at a forever home with humans that truly understand canine behavior and how pain affects a pups ability to appropriately respond to stimuli.

Buck deserves a second chance German Shorthairs are very loving dogs, poor Buck was in a new environment with a new family and probably stressed out and in pain from his surgery. Please give him the chance he deserves.

Please give Buck another chance at having a happy home/life. It's what he deserves & his new owner should be given the chance to create that safe home for him. I have a GSP and she is the BEST...& yet I could see how the wrong home scenario could lead to this scenario. Please give Buck another chance ❤️❤️❤️

The shelter is at fault for not vaccinating Buck prior to adoption, not educating the family, and putting a dog in a precarious situation. The shelter set this poor dog up for failure. Please don't let Buck pay for the errors of the shelter. Allow Chris to adopt Buck and give them both a happy ending.
