Can't believe this is even happening... German shorthairs are one of the best breeds.

I truly believe the shelter is responsible for the events that occurred with this dog due to releasing him too soon after a neuter to a family with a young child that was not made to understand the dog was more than likely and pain due to the surgery. I also believe the dogs should not be adopted out without rabies shots and that should not be optional. Buck deserves another chance at happiness and not to be put to death for their neglect.

EVERYONE deserves a second chance... ask your self.. have you messed up before?? Have you asked for a second chance??? I know that I have messed up way to many times to count.. I have asked for a second chance I was given one. Don't let Buck down! "I bit someone before and I wasn't killed for it" words of an 8yr old

Buck deserves a second chance. He never should have been sent home with a strange family with a toddler the day after being neutered.

Please give him a second chance! ! It looks like he's already bonded with the guy that wants to adopt him!! This is giving Manhattan Kansas a bad image!! Don't put him down!! Send him to a no kill dog shelter at least!!

If the city euthanizes this dog I will lose all respect. Every dog deserves a chance. The shelter failed at placing the dog in the right home! I've worked at shelters and I can tell you there is clear evidence that the shelter did not do their job!

If someone is willing like this guy is willing to adopt Buck and the previous adoptee doesn't want to see him dies, then, Buck should get a second chance. He shouldn't have been adoptested out so soon after the neuter, either. It takes a couple days to right themselves after any procedure.

Human error is not a good cause, to cause death to an animal. Y'all REALLY need to reevaluate your procedures for adoptions.
