A mini pig is no more (probably less) a nuisance than a dog or a cat. This family is being responsible in their ownership and one whiney neighbor should not be the cuse of so much harrsment from the City. Leave them alone.

I now live in PG but once managed a City Dept for the City of Sioux City, Iowa. Sioux City approved an ordinance to allow pet pigs and my Dept was responsible for the issuance of the "Special Pet Permit" which was issued and renewed annually to the pet owner. I would be in support of a similar ordinance which has some restrictions. I would like to state that I never had to revoke or disapprove a permit during my 20+ years of service with the City. These animals are very clean and super friendly!

We teach our youth not to bully, to be kind to one another, obviously no one taught this, "neighbor." Look at the bigger picture here, who is Bruiser hurting? Is he happy, loved and taken care of? YES!!! So I'm not understanding the problem?! Let the bully win and discredit the city counsel, hurt 2 children and their parents more than imaginable, a lifetime of pain?! Look at what you're doing, what you've done, and let this family love on there beautiful Pig!

Pigs are highly intelligent animals and should be treated with love and not slaughtered in an unethical manner. Please let this family keep their pet and loved animal.

I hope that Bruiser is allowed to stay with his family. One neighbor in an entire neighborhood should not be allowed to force a family to use a loved one.
