Life long resident of PG. There appears to be multiple violations by the shady neighbor. As a resident, he is someone I would ask to be removed, not the pig.

The owners of Bruiser are very deligent about taking care of the pig. And the Bruiser is apart of their family, and you can't take away a family member.

No reason they should have to give up there family pet. What harm are they actually doing. Is this animal physically harming people, a danger to the neighborhood.
