Please don't let an important and well loved venue suffer and be bullied over something that is so obviously completely separate to the London Ritz. As said in the Petition, even the website is not an issue. Please stop in and stop this nonsense

Ritz London should lose as did Harrods (London) in a similar action about 25 years ago when suing a 'Harrods' shop somewhere in East Anglia.

Ridiculous! Imagine if every pub called 'The Dog and Gun' tried to bring court proceedings against every other of the same name, and so on etc., what a petty thing to attempt to do.
