Please do NOT allow The Ritz in London to force the Ritz Ballroom to stop trading under the name they have been trading under for 80 years. It's part of the Brighouse heritage & is a landmark for us. It's ridiculous that they can dictate their future when they're worlds apart in business & there are plenty other companies who also use the name The Ritz. Please make them STOP!!!

My father the late Joe Narey opened the doors in October 1981 to the Ritz after 12 months of hard work to totally renovate the building and lay the wonderful sprung floor. We spent many happy years running the venue as ballroom dancing was his passion. Hope the battle to save the name is successful as it would be so sad to see it change.
