Every mother deserves the chance to raise her baby before being judged incapable. Every bit of this abusive operation seems highly illegal. Let them go! Stop allowing state DHS and CPS to destroy families. Federal oversight and investigation is needed. Release this family and allow the mother to raise her child. Forced circumcision is torture and it's illegal.

I believe it is child abuse to force a non-medically required, non-therapeutic, surgical procedure on a child's perfectly healthy and functional genitals without that child's consent; however, I find it even more deplorable when it is the government that is forcing this traumattic, permanently scarring, and unnecessary procedure in this perfectly healthy infant, and without the parent's consent. This decision needs to be reversed and this child's right to genital integrity and body autonomy must be respected.
