Free the mother and child. Give her the choice of circumcising her baby and let the baby eat when he is hungry. You are abusing both the mother and the child. If someone did this to a child at home, you would remove them from the home. Why are you doing what you don't allow others to do?

Circumcision is a barbaric practice and should not be performed at all, let alone when the mother expressly says "no". Do not perform this act of barbarism and return the child to his mother unless she proves unfit for the roll.

This mother has done nothing for her child to be taken other than be younger than this agency feels she should be to have a child. She became a mother at this age through no choice of her own due to a rapist therefore has nothing to do with her decision making skills. It is wrong & unlawful to remove her child from her & force any decisions concerning her child on her (especially medical decisions). Give her her child back & accept her decisions concerning him. HELP her raise him in areas she asks for help but STOP harming them both!
