I am appalled, as a mother and a a social worker, that anyone would overstep and intefere with a new family like this. Newborns need to be with their mothers, mothers need a real support system and both need to be treated humanely with dignity and respect. Forcing ELECTIVE surgery on anyone is abuse! Interfering with the mother and child bond during this delicate time is abuse. Stop this disgusting abuse of power.

This needs to be stopped. There isn't a medical reason to be circumcised. This baby doesn't need to be forcibly strapped down for someone to attack his private parts! This is medical rape. I am a Christian Amit was part of the old testament. It was replaced with baptism when Christ came down. Please don't do this.
