When the government tramples one person's right, they will keep doing it until we, who placed them in office vote them out! The Constitution is there to guide and remind us what rights the government has, and it's very little. Her civil rights are also geing violated and this injustice needs to be corrected and tge government entity needs procescuted as well as tge individuals for this violation abd mental, emotional and physical damages awarded to compensate for such gross neglegence!!

This is disgusting. This girl has the support of her family and for the government to take away her rights is an overreach of the government at the very least. Research has shown over and over again that circumcision is traumatizing and changes the brain in infants that have to endure this. It is a violation of a human right.

The state has no right to force a genital mutilation on a non-consenting individual for absolutely no medical reason. No health organization IN THE WORLD recommends circumcision on infants.

Someone elses view point of how to raise a child doesnt work for everyone..life is not a one fits all for everyone..you cant tell someone theres a right or wrong way of pafenting...if there are bruises on that child or they are actually being harmed or not thriving and doing very badly? than id say look into it..but if the kids not hurt and doing well..than personally?take your ego somewhere else and leave the familys alone..this family has every right to keep their kid and forcing them to hurt thier child is bull..i went through the same garbage and ive had it with cps..go focus on abusive families and not ones who are easy to control and manipulate with loving parents because they want whats best for their child.
