I'm appalled at how this young mother and her baby son have been treated. Its very worrying to think the ones causing the damage are the ones supposed to be helping her. Anyone that wants a baby circumcised, other then a serious medical condition, should be prosecuted for abuse.

A healthy child should not be forced to undergo unneccessary, body altering surgery to his genitals that will forever alter the form and function of his sex organ. This child's body should undoubtedly be left intact, this child should not harmed. Children's bodies should remain intact, whole and preserved until the owner of the body decides to change his/her body.

God bless honey- no one should have to be treated like this after all the trauma you have endured already. Even giving birth and taking care of a newborn is so overwhelming and scary, you should have support fromyour family around you.

Not only is this surgery irreversible, it is very risky, and so if it is botched, if it kills him, or nearly does, this will be an even worse disaster than it already is. This is literally an assault on every passionate camp of people, from pro-life to pro-choice, to the children's rights, genital autonomy, and bodily integrity movement, breastfeeding advocates, natural birth advocates, Catholics and Christians, rape survivors, and feminists, this is making massive enemies and is going to be a political and public relations nightmare. This horrendous abuse of power is outraging every group out there. Remember what happened to Arizona's CPS, it was shut down, and it is a huge mess. Someone needs to intervene immediately before this child, this family is subject to even more abuse at the hands of the state.
