Due to my own personal experience and being raped my self at a young age I can relate to the victim. No I did not become pregnant from being raped. However I am a mother and it is the right of the parent on rather or not a child belonging to that mother is circumsized not the state. So yes I sign this petition on behalf of the rights of all parents.

This family should be allowed to raise this child without interference from the government. The government has no right to decide to circumcise this child against the mother's and family's wishes.
