He should be the one choosing if he wants to be circumcised or not... And even if you don't allow that the parent chooses not to do so and there is nothing wrong with that. Why do people want to put babies through an unnecessary life threatening cosmetic procedure?

I feel these children need to be back with there mother and grand mother. It was very wrong to take these three kids from there home and loving parent and a new grandmother that should be enjoying her first grandchild and a new mom that should be able to enjoy her new baby but cannot do so because this state is messed up big time and dhhr should have one hell of a LAW suit on there hands for doing this for no reason what so ever..

No child should be forced to have their genitals cut- and especially NOT when a mother is against it! Stop this insanity! NO medical organization recommends routine infant circumcision!
