No one has the right to mutilate a child's genitals, especially the government. There are absolutely no scientific benefits to routine genital mutilation. My prayers are with the mother, who has been through so much during this period that should be spent bonding with her child. These actions are absolutely disgusting.

It is a parents right no matter what age they are. Government needs to stay out of it. You didn't conceive, you didn't give birth, you don't raise our children, we do. It does not take a village to raise a child. It takes a responsible person who matures and takes charge, cares for that baby and puts them above all else. Let parents make choices for our children who aren't old enough to do it themselves. It is our God given right, so back off and focus on yourself and your own children.

This is a illegal actions. The Government has no right to tell their citizens what to do with their children., This is a case agains humans rights and a serious crime. This is not a nation of Dictators. Last time I check was a democratic nations. Don't forget who pay the salary of Government employees and the President as well, yes citizens taxes do. They WORK for citizens.
May God send each of you knowledge and stop your ignorance in forcing your views in innocent.
There is a Higher and Superior Being that will make Diviner Justice for this poor child that was rape and now is victim of the system. Shame and all of you!!!

This is in no way right! I can't believe that this baby and mama are going to be further victimized by this system that is determined to harm them both. I am both sickened and saddened.
