This is despicable, taking a newborn from his mother for no reason but her age, after she and her grandparents, the legal GUARDIANS, chose life instead of abortion. That's sick, so sick. What sort of trauma did the new mother go thru when her baby was taken? What sort of impact on their breastfeeding relationship did that have? Forced circumcision? Why is the state making such decisions when it's not wanted nor necessary?

You people are absolutely disgusting! You think traumatizing an infant and a young mom is a good thing? Or torturing that poor baby, letting him become ill and want to mutilate his genitals or forcibly retract his foreskin and cause problems for him later, that is flat out abuse! The mother did her research and doesn't want her son mutilated! So what she's 14, she has her family to support her and as I'd rape wasn't awful enough now you're terrifying and torturing this poor girl and baby. This is absolutely sickening! Give that baby back to his family and leave them alone!

Circumcision is torture, mutilation and unnecessary. Give the child back. You want to help, help the mother find a safe place to raise her baby.

Let the mother make medical choices for her son. Elective surgery that risks death is not okay to force on anyone let alone a newborn.

I'm disgusted that a mothers parental rights are being ignored. Leave this poor girl and her baby alone- they have been through enough. This whole situation has become outrageous and unjust. This whole story shows the misuse of power that the child protective services enforces in situations where they have no business.
